Success Story of Luhar Rozina

Rozina is a Visually-impaired girl of STD 5 is awarded orbit reader. (Reading and writing device) is very happy to have this device.

Rozina born with visual impairment. Her Parent Mahamad Luhar & Mumtaj Luhar is also visually impaired. Her parents brought Rozina to inclusive girls primary school managed by Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal for education. Rozina started learning Braille and music along with other non disable girls. She is very hardworking and sincere girl in study. She participated in Braille reading – writing competition, music competition and other events and won several prizes.

In year 2020, Rozina was given orbit reader 20 for her study by Astral. She was also given basic training of handling orbit reader 20 by experts of Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal. During covid-19 pandemic Rozina did all the homework with the support of orbit reader. Apart from home work she reads her textbooks and library books. As we all know Braille books are very bulky, so Rozina was unable to carry all the subject books but now she can carry all the textbook and library books in a small memory card and access all the content without support of anyone. She feels independent and thankful to Astral for providing such a magic device. She wants to study higher and her dream is to become a teacher. This device definitely will help her to achieve her goal.
